Service Description

The Independent Contractor Bid Review provides an independent, professional second opinion on contractor estimates. Boujete reviews scope alignment, allowance assumptions, timeline realism, and pricing inconsistencies that commonly lead to unexpected change orders or budget overruns. This service is designed for homeowners who are comparing bids and want clarity and confidence before selecting a contractor. This booking is for an initial intake conversation only. No payment is collected unless both parties confirm that Boujete’s services are an appropriate fit for the project. Once an engagement begins, an Independent Contractor Bid Review flat fee of $3,500 will be due and will include three hours of review, analysis, and advisory services. Final scope and deliverables will be clearly defined in the Boujete Client Engagement Agreement, if applicable.
