She brings that same disciplined, decision-focused approach to residential construction projects where the stakes are often deeply personal, financially significant, and emotionally charged.

 

Tracie is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver’s Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management, where she teaches undergrad and graduate-level coursework focused on real estate, development, and the built environment. Her academic work reinforces what she sees in practice every day: early decisions around scope, sequencing, and assumptions have an outsized impact on outcomes.
