The Home Renovation Strategy Intensive provides structured, independent guidance for homeowners navigating complex renovation, addition, or new home build decisions. Boujete focuses on scope alignment, sequencing considerations, budget realism, and risk identification to help clients make informed decisions before committing to construction contracts. This service is designed for homeowners who want deeper strategic clarity when project complexity, timing, or financial exposure warrants a more comprehensive advisory approach. This booking is for an initial intake conversation only. No payment is collected unless both parties confirm that the Strategy Intensive is an appropriate fit for the project. Home Renovation Strategy Intensives begin at $12,500 and must be paid in full for work to begin. The Home Renovation Strategy Intensive is delivered as a fixed-fee advisory engagement of up to ten hours, provided over approximately two weeks. Final scope, timing, and deliverables will be clearly defined in the Boujete Client Engagement Agreement, if applicable.
